We are looking for highly customer-focused individuals to join our existing Customer Service Team in Wigan. As a Control Room Operative, you will provide professional and helpful responses to customers whilst maintaining the highest service standards.

Shift Pattern: Working 3 days out of 7 - Inclusive of weekends. 3 x 12 hour shifts, 3 days off and this will repeat. Working hours between 8AM - 8PM, 1x Hour Lunch, 2x 20 minute break.

What you’ll do:

  • Take inbound telephone calls
  • Respond to email enquiries
  • Take intercom calls
  • Ensure the accuracy of information provided is paramount
  • Certify accuracy and a high attention to detail
  • Assisting with the Irish Clamp release

What you’ll bring:

  • Excellent customer services skills
  • Effective listening to build rapport with our customers
  • Be able to respond to enquiries in a professional manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to absorb new information
  • Ability to multitask and adapt
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Experience of working in the parking industry is desirable but not essential
  • Full accredited training will be provided to all successful candidates
