Team Leader
, you'll play a vital role in ensuring those services run safely, efficiently and with exceptional customer care.
This is more than a supervisory role.
You'll inspire your team, support daily operations, solve challenges, and help deliver a first-class service that makes a real difference to the people who use the hospital every day.

What you'll be doing
As Team Leader, you'll support the Contract Manager in the successful day-to-day delivery of the contract by:
- Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing operational team.
- Planning staffing levels to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
- Creating a positive, inclusive and customer-focused team culture.
- Monitoring operational performance, reporting against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensuring incidents, accidents and operational issues are recorded accurately and managed promptly.
- Resolving day-to-day operational challenges with confidence and professionalism.
- Responding to customer enquiries and service issues, delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and service delivery.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, coaching and ongoing development of team members.
- Promoting safe working practices and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

You'll ideally have
- Previous experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor or similar people management role.
- A proven ability to motivate, coach and develop teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Commercial awareness with the confidence to make informed decisions.
- A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to work independently when required.
