An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Parking Patrol Attendant to join our team on the GTR contract. The ideal candidate would be based within the locality of Lewes - Eastbourne. Parking Patrol Attendants are essential to the smooth running of our car parks to provide safe, clean, and secure conditions for all customers.
What you'll do:
- You will ensure the cleanliness of all car parks is a high standard, including litter picking and emptying bins.
- You will issue Parking Charges in accordance with Rail Bye Laws.
- You will assist customers & rail passengers with their enquiries as required.
- You will perform a general check of the site and its condition including shrubbery, signage, and lines/signs & report faults.
- You will ensure faults and hazards are notified to relevant personnel to arrange maintenance related repairs.
What you'll bring:
- Full UK Driving Licence with a 6-month minimum driving experience.
- Excellent oral and communication skills.
- Ability to deal with and relate to a wide variety of people.
- Excellent customer service skills.
What we'll offer you:
- £12.21 per hour.
- 40 hours per week: Monday- Saturday 08:00-16:00 / 09:00-17:00.
