We have had a position become vacant for a Car Parking Attendant to work between various sites within the Hampshire/Surrey areas. Car parking attendants are a key part of our team and oversee the smooth and safe running of our car parks. You will be provided with access to a company vehicle to travel between sites. This role will include some evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
What you'll do:
- Patrol the car parks according to the work rota.
- Enforce parking rules in accordance with company policy.
- Assist with cash collection duties as and when required.
- Make safe and report any car park structure defects.
- Complete daily documents in accordance with company policy.
- Answer enquiries from the public and clients and report as appropriate.
- Carry out first line maintenance of Pay & Display Equipment and ANPR Camera equipment.
- Carry out cleaning duties across the car parks which will include litter picks.
What you'll bring:
- A background in customer service.
- Good written and spoken English.
- A flexible and positive attitude.
- Being self-motivated is essential.
- Full UK Driving license.
