We are looking for a Parking Enforcement Supervisor to manage a team of Civil Enforcement Officers in Lincolnshire. As a Supervisor, you would be responsible for ensuring operational requirements and service level agreements are met throughout all aspects of the contract.
What will you do?
- Manage your on-street team of enforcement staff to ensure they are performing their duties.
- Work on-street with your team to ensure staff are effectively deployed.
- Review performance data to ensure contractual conditions are met and implement corrective measures.
- Motivate, praise and develop your team.
- Ensure KPIs are reliably met by the enforcement team.
- Make recommendations to management on service/operational issues.
- Set goals, conduct appraisals and ascertain training needs for operational staff.
- Maintain and uphold client liaisons.
What will you bring?
- Experience as a previous civil enforcement officer or previous supervisor experience in a similar industry such as security or facilities.
- Be able to demonstrate team management skills including coaching, training and recruiting.
- Experience working within a client facing role with good commercial acumen.
- Experience of monitoring KPIs and preparing reports.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Hold a full clean, UK drivers licence.
