Looking for a role where every day is different? If you enjoy working independently, being outdoors and dealing with people professionally, this could be the role for you. As a Clamping Enforcement Officer with APCOA, you'll patrol private car parks across Limerick, ensuring parking regulations are followed on behalf of our clients. You'll drive between sites, issue parking notices, apply wheel clamps where appropriate and provide clear, professional advice to motorists. This is an important public facing role that requires confidence, resilience and excellent customer service.
Before you apply... as this role isn't for everyone. You'll spend most of your working day:
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Driving between multiple sites
- Walking throughout your shift
- Lifting and fitting wheel clamps (approximately 18kg)
- Working independently for much of the day
- Dealing professionally with customers who may be upset or frustrated
- Following procedures accurately and consistently

What we're looking for:

People from customer service, retail, hospitality, delivery driving, security, military, transport, warehouse, facilities management and enforcement backgrounds often do well in this role.
Essential Requirements:
- Full clean manual driving licence - we cannot accept an N licence
- Over 21 years of age (insurance requirement)
- At least two years' driving experience
- Able to pass a Garda Vetting / criminal record check
- Able to provide two employment references
