We are looking for a Suspension Officer to join our team to manage the day-to-day suspension activity of the contract. This will include liaising with the client, carrying out site visits, creating the relevant signage and installation of the suspension signs, along with monitoring/managing the online suspension system.
What you'll do:
- Manage the day-to-day suspension activity of the contract
- Maintain various spreadsheets and other administrative duties
- Put up and take down suspension signs in a timely fashion
- Review, analyse and respond to Suspension Performance data to ensure full compliance with contractual requirements together with Client and company needs
- Achieve and ensure acceptable levels of performance in conjunction with Key Performance Indicators for the role
- Ensure correct procedures with HHC and digital imaging protocols are followed, as laid down in the client and/or Company procedures
- Promote good public relations, provide advice and information concerning parking related matters, whenever asked, in a professional manner
- Manage stock levels for all suspension related equipment
- Ensure that you maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity in order to promote best practice to the team
- Provide support to the CEOs when needed
- Ensure that all end of shift paperwork is quality and compliance checked and filed in chronological order and archived
