The Role
Full Time - £28,195.44 Per Annum

We are looking for a team leader to join our team at Hull Hospital. This role will assist the Contract Manager in ensuring the smooth delivery of the contract with operational responsibility. Ensuring effective deployment of staff throughout the contract. Having an active role in the efficient running of the car park facilities, whilst delivering continuous improvement in all these areas.
What you'll do:
- Assist the management team in ensuring the smooth delivery of the contract with operational responsibility for day to day running of all allocated Car Parks.
- Management and planning of resources including ensuring effective deployment of staff throughout the contract ensuring operational requirements are met.
- Continuous monitoring of activity, involving regular reporting on Key Performance Indicators to the Contracts Manager.
- Ensure the highest level of incident recording ensuring relevant parties are updated as required.
- Ensure the highest levels of customer service are maintained.
- Resolve all operational problems within the scope of the contract and prepare responses within established timeframes, to all service complaints and contractual issues raised.
What you'll bring:
- Strong people management skills including coaching, training and recruiting skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to present to Management level.
- Able to operate effectively with the minimum of supervision.
