We are looking for a Car Park Attendant to join our team in Athlone. This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing team and be an incredibly important part of our business, responsible for ensuring the safe and smooth running of our car parks. So, what does this new role look like?
- You will become part of a team that is responsible for the operation of the car park.
- You will demonstrate good customer service, keeping the car park clean, tidy and litter-free.
- You will carry out patrols of the parking area to ensure security.
- You will be required to assist in traffic management aspects within this role.
Could you be our next CPA? Do you have experience of providing exceptional frontline customer care? Are you committed to delivering service excellence? You will need to have an ability to stay calm and professional under pressure and be able to work on your own initiative. You will be target-oriented and customer-focused with a friendly manner. Previous experience would be a distinct advantage but not essential as full training will be provided to all candidates.

On top of this, you will also be trained in different aspects of customer service and all aspects of the car park management system and equipment, with a full uniform being provided. The role works on 3-day shifts, 7 days a week on a rotational roster between 8am and 6pm. Please note that as part of this role, a full category B licence is a necessity.
