An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Recruitment team as an Internal Recruiter working with our team in Dublin for a 12 month period. This is a busy environment and experience with high volume campaigns would be beneficial. You will be working within a friendly team managing the end-to-end recruitment of clamping roles within APCOA UK & Ireland. This is a great opening; allowing the right person to work from home, full and part-time hours available, flexible for the right person. Perfect for work/life balance!
What you’ll do:
- Manage the end to end recruitment process including contracts
- Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their team and needs
- Prepare CVs and correspondence to forward to internal stakeholders regarding suitable applicants
- Conduct initial screening of CVs and initial teams interviews with candidates
- Arrange interviews for applicants
- Provide feedback to successful/unsuccessful candidates
- Communicating and confirming start dates
- Creating and sending out employment contracts via our ATS
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience and ATS Knowledge
- Good communication skills; both oral and written
- Proactive and meticulous
- Strong people management skills
- Able to build, develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients, suppliers and other internal services.
