This is a varied, active role where no two days are the same. Patrolling Cookstown, Magherafelt and Dungannon in a company provided vehicle, you'll help keep roads and car parks safe, accessible and available for everyone by ensuring parking regulations are applied fairly and consistently. Whether you're looking for a fresh challenge or a long-term career, we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed. A full, valid UK driving licence is essential.

As a Parking Enforcement Officer, you'll be the face of our service, working independently while engaging with members of the public throughout your shift.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Patrolling designated on-street parking areas and car parks in a company-provided vehicle
- Monitoring compliance with parking regulations
- Issuing Parking Charge Notices where appropriate
- Providing clear advice and guidance to motorists and members of the public
- Explaining parking regulations, enforcement procedures and clamping processes professionally and respectfully
- Delivering excellent customer service while confidently handling challenging situations
- Maintaining accurate records using handheld technology
