An exciting opportunity has arisen for Civil Enforcement Officers to join APCOA and work across Buckinghamshire on a flexible, zero hour basis. Civil Enforcement Officers play an important role in their local communities. You will help ensure parking policies are followed, keep roads and car parks operating smoothly and provide support and guidance to the public. This is a flexible zero hour position, where shifts are offered according to operational requirements and your availability. You may be asked to provide cover for sickness, holidays and other staffing requirements, giving you the opportunity to work when it suits you.

  • Excellent customer care skills and be able to converse in a friendly and effective manner.
  • You will patrol public streets and council car parks to issue Penalty Charge Notices.
  • You will guide the public on rules and advise about parking provisions.
  • Report any defects to street furniture, such as signs and road markings.
  • You must be available to complete online training.
  • A Full UK driving licence or CBT licence is necessary for this role.
