An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Civil Enforcement Officer in Buckinghamshire to work part time, with a focus on weekend cover. Civil Enforcement Officers ensure that drivers follow parking policies on public streets and in car parks. They play an important role in keeping roads moving and helping to maintain safe and accessible local areas.

This is an 18 hour per week position, with a permanent 8 hour shift every Saturday. The remaining hours will be worked flexibly across the week, with Sunday cover particularly important to us. However, due to reduced operating hours on some Sundays, we may not always be able to offer a Sunday shift. We want to be open and transparent about the hours available, while offering flexibility wherever possible to work around your other commitments.

This opening would suit someone who:

  • Enjoys working outside - think of all that fresh air and exercise!
  • Wants to join a reliable business and team, playing a key role in your local area.

  • You will guide the public on rules and advise about parking provisions.
  • You will report any defects to street furniture, such as signs and road markings.
