About the Role: As a Clamping Enforcement Officer, you will be working outdoors and playing a crucial role in maintaining parking compliance across the Athlone Area. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Patrolling car parks and enforcing parking restrictions.
- Providing advice to the public about clamping, fines, and parking regulations.
- Ensuring public safety by maintaining compliance with parking rules.
- Delivering excellent customer service, explaining the code of practice and educating the public on proper parking etiquette.
No two days will be the same in this customer-focused role, where you’ll help keep car parks clean, safe, and compliant.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Full clean manual driving licence (required to drive a company van).
- Over 21 years of age (to comply with insurance policy).
- Excellent customer care skills, with the ability to interact in a friendly and professional manner.
