A Snapshot of Your Day: As an Urban Hubs Digital Development Executive, you’ll bring together diverse stakeholders across APCOA’s European footprint to design, develop, and deliver products that revolutionise how people interact with urban spaces. From cutting-edge SaaS solutions to EV charging networks, from logistics hubs to mobility partnerships – you’ll be the driving force behind products that make urban living smarter, more sustainable, and more efficient.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Become the Subject Matter Expert for specific product use cases, driving revenue growth across APCOA’s European markets.
• Bridge the gap between country teams, ensuring new products and partnerships work seamlessly across diverse markets.
• Transform parking facilities into dynamic urban hubs offering EV charging, logistics services, mobility solutions, and more.
• Champion innovation by evaluating new product proposals and supporting the strategic development of Urban Hubs.
• Build and nurture relationships with global partners to create framework agreements that benefit all markets.
• Use data-driven insights to make compelling business cases for new initiatives and track their performance.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in product development or project management.
• 2+ years working with datasets and reporting tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Excel).
• Proven ability to thrive in matrix organisations where success comes through collaboration.
• Strong financial acumen—you can model scenarios, interpret key metrics, and present insights clearly.
• Proficiency with productivity tools and a comfort with exploring new technologies.
• A self-starter mentality with the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
• Adaptable communication skills that allow you to engage credibly with frontline teams and senior stakeholders alike.
