APCOA is seeking a capable, strategically minded Operations or Contract Manager to take ownership of a multi-site operation across Buckinghamshire. This role suits someone who thrives on people leadership, operational control, and elevating service standards, not someone who wants to sit behind a desk.
This appointment is ideal for a seasoned Operations Manager, Facilities Manager, Regional Manager, Contract Manager or Security Manager who is used to running busy, high-volume environments with diverse teams and wants a position offering autonomy, visibility, and the chance to influence board-level decisions.
The RoleYou will be the senior operational lead across several key sites — trusted to make decisions, shape processes, and drive continuous improvement. This is a hands-on, people-driven leadership role where your experience will genuinely make an impact.
