Civil Enforcement Officer – Stafford – Full-Time; 37.5 hours per week – £24,511.50 per annum

Shifts: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, 1 late night a week every 4 weeks 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm, 1 Sunday in every 3 weeks 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, 7.5 working hours, half an hour break per day over 5 days.

Civil Enforcement Officers are a crucial part of our teams. You will form part of the parking team operating mainly across the Waterfront and Riverside car parks in Stafford. You will be ensuring all users of the car park are doing so in a respectful and safe manner.

What you will do:

  • Resolve customers’ concerns, patrol the car park, deter crime, and implement traffic control measures.
  • Maintain the agreed standards of site cleanliness and safety, whilst improving in all these areas.
  • Meet and exceed where ever possible the safety, security and service of the car park customers, our client, and the property.
  • Ensure a reliably high level of customer service, to resolve customers problems on site wherever possible.
  • Carry out first line maintenance of payment machines, and other company equipment.
  • Assist with Revenue Transfers and maintain records of revenue movement as laid down within the local revenue protection protocols, in line with APCOA SOP’s.
