We are currently hiring Service Delivery Assistants at Luton Airport to be the face of our business, providing outstanding customer service within the Airport sector. Your duties will include receiving holidaymakers\' cars, driving them to our car park, and preparing the vehicles for their return.

Responsibilities:- Familiarity with car controls and alarm systems before receiving vehicles from customers.
- Ensure smooth handover of vehicles, securely store keys.
- Carefully drive and care for customer vehicles, complying with valet procedures.
- Understand and operate our systems and equipment.
- Monitor the car park through regular patrols, deter criminal activity, maintain high visibility.
- Maintain the appearance of the car parks and work areas, ensuring standards are met.
- Provide support during equipment failure or customer distress.
- Work with management on marketing initiatives to increase sales and income.
- Collaborate as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and interaction with the public.
- Full UK Driver’s License with significant driving experience.
- Basic IT skills, including MS Word, Office.
