Maintenance Operative - Luton Parkway Station - Permanent - 40 Hours Per Week - £28,080 Per Annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Operative required to support the GTR Operations Management Team, based out of Luton Airport Parkway. We are looking for someone who can react quickly to maintenance requirements. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week - 5 days out of 7.
Please note, a full manual driving licence is required for this role.
What you'll do:
- Maintain the hedges through trimming
- Strim grassed areas / Weeding / leaf clearance
- Maintain and clean all signage including minor installations / minor works
- Ensure the site is clean, tidy and free of litter
- Maintaining the grounds and vegetation within the car parks and grounds quickly.
- Travelling to different sites ensuring they are clear and free of debris and vegetation
What you'll bring:
- Good customer service skills
- Knowledge of health and safety requirements
- Good communication skills
- Able to work as part of a team
- A reliable and responsible attitude to work and proactive nature
- Candidates must be 18 and over (insurance purposes)
- Full manual Driving license required for this role
