Are you confident handling calls and live situations? Do you deliver great customer service every time? Ready to make a real impact from day one? We are looking for highly customer-focused individuals to join our existing Customer Service Team in Wigan. As a Control Room Operative, you will provide professional and helpful responses to customers while maintaining the highest service standards.
Shift Pattern
- Working 3 days out of 7 – inclusive of weekends.
- 3 x 12 hour shifts, 3 days off, repeating.
- Working hours between 8AM – 8PM.
- 1 hour lunch, 2 20‑minute breaks.
What you’ll do
- Take inbound telephone calls
- Respond to email enquiries
- Take intercom calls
- Ensure the accuracy of information provided is paramount
- Certify accuracy and a high attention to detail
- Assisting with the Irish Clamp release
What you’ll bring
- Excellent customer service skills
