Assistant Management Accountant - Uxbridge - Full-time - £30,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Management Accountant working within the Financeteam.
You will need a passion for numbers and be eager to learn with a small amount of Accounts experience for this role.
Tenacity and resilience are key!
You will need good basic Excel skills for this role.
This teamlooks at forecasted performance against budgets, as well as provide accurate and meaningful analysis on variances.
As an Assistant Management Accountant , you will support the team in various reporting and support the delivery of deadlines.
The role requires a significant amount of interaction with internal and external stakeholders, therefore good communication skills are an essential.

What you’ll do
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes with accurate data analysis.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies where necessary.
- Contribute to the processing of accruals, prepayments, and journal entries.
- Assist with the set up of new sites
- Review forecasted performance against budgets
- Calculate client revenue shares
- Raise selfbill invoices and initiate client payments
- Liaise with Management Accountants for any revenue-based queries from Ops / Clients
- Deal with the preparation of half and full year audit files
