This is a varied, active role where no two days are ever the same.
As a Traffic Attendant, you will play a vital part in keeping local roads safe, ensuring parking regulations are followed, and helping maintain a smooth flow of traffic throughout the community. Your duties will include:
- Carrying out patrols
- Enforcing parking restrictions
- Providing guidance to members of the public regarding parking regulations, clamping procedures, and penalty notices
You should feel confident speaking with people in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out and about rather than behind a desk, and who takes pride in contributing to the safety and organisation of their local area.
What we’re looking for:
- A full, clean manual driving licence
- 21 years of age or over (in line with company insurance requirements, as you may be required to drive a company vehicle)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- A reliable and professional approach to work
