The Role
Contract Duration:Until 30th September 2025
- Week 1: 2 days per week
- Week 2: 3 days per week
- Hours: 07:30 – 16:3
- Cleaning and maintaining car park areas, including litter picking and emptying bins
- Carrying out general site maintenance, minor repairs, and landscaping (gardening, weeding, basic DIY)
- Setting up signs and cones for parking suspensions and temporary restrictions
- Conducting routine maintenance on pay-and-display machines, reporting faults, and keeping them clean
- Using and maintaining company equipment for daily tasks
- Gritting entrances to car parks in cold weather
- Assisting with any other reasonable tasks as requested
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, in all-weather condition
- A proactive, hands-on approach to maintenance and cleaning tasks
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in maintenance, landscaping, or a similar role
- Basic DIY and gardening knowledge
- Awareness of Health & Safety regulations, including COSHH & Manual Handling
