The Role

Location: Barnet

Hours: 42.5 hours per week | Any 5 from 7

Salary: £33,525.70 | £15.17 per hour

We are recruiting for a Radio Control Room Operator at our Barnet base to operate the radio system between Enforcement Officers. You will help ensure the safety of patrolling officers through actioning the messages transmitted and providing administrative assistance to the suspension team.

What can you expect as a Radio Control Room Operator?

  • You will make and receive radio calls to and from patrolling Civil Enforcement Officers (CEOs).
  • You will converse between the patrollers and the base to relay and action messages.
  • You will react calmly to CEO codes and direct colleagues and external assistance as required.
  • You will report any equipment defects and radio system abuse and carry out regular radio checks.
  • You will monitor and record CEO movements to ensure their safety and welfare.
