Operational Support Agent – Full Time – Days and Nights – 7am until 7pm – £14.10 Per Hour

Here\’s what you need to know before applying: Main duties include – To carry out relevant basic maintenance of payment machines, entry and exit barriers and other company equipment – To ensure that patrols are carried out at all times in accordance with the sites KPI’s – To complete report sheets or any other log sheets, in full and as instructed – To report to your line manager any element of car park service that might compromise the level of service we wish to achieve as well as any irregularities. – To maintain a standard of deportment and behavior that will always represent the company in the best possible manner – To work at the reception desk dealing with customer payments, pre-bookings and using credit card machines and cash handling. – To ensure a consistently high level of customer care – To assist with the cleaning of the car park including litter picking and cleaning of all public areas. – To carryout Enforcement within the Car Parks – To comply with Transport Regulations, Company Procedures, Health & Safety Law and HAL Regulations. What you\’ll bring: – Flexibility to work in all areas of Heathrow across the business. – Willingness to work overtime should the need arise. – Good command of the English language. – Excellent Customer Service skills. – Ability to use a two-way radio – (Training will be given). – Must be able to work as part of a team and also lone working. – Knowledge of Heathrow Airport plus local area would be an advantage. – A valid UK Driving licence.
