The Role

Notice Processing Administrator – Uxbridge – 40 hours per week. £12.21 per hour

We have an opening for a highly focused person to join our Notice Processing team in Uxbridge. You will be an integral part of the team lending administrative and customer service support to all customers.

This role requires excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with members of the public in various forms including on the phone and via email. You will be processing appeals and dealing with enquiries and complaints.

Responsibilities

  • Dealing with various enquiries and complaints.
  • Assisting in appeal processes
  • Processing parking fines
  • Dealing with unpaid notices

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong self-motivational skills to ensure deadlines are met
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and be a dynamic team member.

Package

You will receive £25,396.80 per annum for 40 hours per week, Monday- Friday 9am-5pm.
