40 Hours per week, Monday – Friday, £13.20 per hour. An opportunity has arisen for a contract support team member to join our friendly team. Reporting to the Contract Support Manager, you will be responsible for day‑to‑day administration of the Network Rail contract, ensuring all deadlines are met. This role is working Monday – Friday based in our Manchester office.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide administrative support to the Contract Team, ensuring that accurate records are kept.
  • Log and report all parking faults directly with equipment maintainers, chase up outstanding jobs/engineers, monitor attendance times for KPI’s and create and maintain an accurate tracking database.
  • Provide a customer‑focused service to the customer/client.
  • Answer questions and provide information to the customer, the client and the public.
  • Maintain Taxi Parking Portal records, process applications and permit production.
  • Maintain Staff Parking Portal data, ensuring compliance with DfT process.
  • Provide management information/reports to the Contract Team as and when necessary.
