We're looking for an enthusiastic Internal Recruiter to join our friendly Recruitment Team at APCOA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some recruitment, HR or administration experience who is keen to develop their skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Working remotely, you'll support the recruitment process across our Airports and Commercial sectors, helping to attract, screen and coordinate candidates and provide a great experience to applicants and hiring managers.
What you'll be doing:
- Advertising vacancies across a variety of job boards
- Reviewing applications and shortlisting suitable candidates
- Carrying out initial telephone or Microsoft Teams screening interviews
- Coordinating interviews and keeping candidates informed throughout the recruitment process
- Supporting hiring managers with their recruitment needs
- Updating and maintaining our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Preparing offer paperwork and supporting candidates through onboarding
- Ensuring every candidate receives a positive recruitment experience
- Helping the team continuously improve our recruitment processes
What we're looking for:
- Some previous experience in recruitment, HR or a busy administrative/customer-focused role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple vacancies and priorities
- Confident using Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly (ATS experience is an advantage but not essential)
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work independently while also being part of a supportive team
What's on offer?
- £13.50 per hour | £21,060 per annum
- 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Fully remote working
