The Role

Supervisor - Parking Enforcement - Lincoln - Full Time; 45 hours per week - Salary: £30,771 per annum

We are looking for a Parking Enforcement Supervisor to manage a team of Civil Enforcement Officers in Lincolnshire.

As a Supervisor, you would be responsible for ensuring operational requirements and service level agreements are met throughout all aspects of the contract.

What will you do?

  • Manage your on-street team of enforcement staff to ensure they are performing their duties.
  • Work on-street with your team to ensure staff are effectively deployed.
  • Review performance data to ensure contractual conditions are met and implement corrective measures.
  • Motivate, praise and develop your team.
  • Ensure KPIs are reliably met by the enforcement team.
  • Make recommendations to management on service/operational issues.
  • Set goals, conduct appraisals and ascertain training needs for operational staff.
  • Maintain and uphold client liaisons.

What will you bring?

  • Experience as a previous civil enforcement officer or previous supervisor experience in a similar industry such as security or facilities.
  • Be able to demonstrate team management skills including coaching, training and recruiting.
  • Experience working within a client facing role with good commercial acumen.
  • Experience of monitoring KPIs and preparing of reports.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Hold a full clean, UK drivers licence.
