Role: Civil Enforcement Officer – High Wycombe – Full Time – 40 hours per week; 5/7.

Salary: up to £29,120 per annum (includes base salary plus mobile allowance).

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Enjoys working outdoors
  • Strong customer service skills and enjoys working with the public
  • Can work independently and within a team
  • Resilient, reliable, and conscientious
  • Full UK driving licence or CBT licence is beneficial

Responsibilities:

  • Patrol public streets and council car parks to issue Penalty Charge Notices
  • Guide the public on parking rules and advise about parking provisions
  • Report defects to street furniture such as signs and road markings

Benefits:

  • Mobile allowance for drivers/moped riders (conditions apply)
  • 40 hours per week, any five days out of seven as per rota
