The role is to safely and professionally transfer customers between the car park and airport terminal, manage reception and the customer check-in process at Leeds Bradford Airport.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting customers, checking them in and completing all Valet documentation at the Valet front-desk reception area and in the arrivals area of the car park
- Utilisation of pre-book IT systems
- Dealing with customer complaints and enquiries
- Monitoring all entries and exits and proactively planning shifts using the P2T booking system and associated reports
- Maintaining a standard of deportment and behaviour that represents the company in the best possible manner
- Reporting to the line manager any element of car park service that may compromise service level expectations
- Assisting customers with loading luggage onto the fleet vehicle
- Ensuring the fleet vehicle is clean and presentable for service
- Ensuring vehicle checks are completed
- Completing all fleet documentation
- Transporting passengers between the car park and airport terminal
- Reporting all vehicle defects
- Photographing arriving vehicles
- Moving customers’ cars from arrivals to a secure parking area and returning them when required
- Patrolling the car parks on foot to look for unattended bags, suspicious vehicles or persons, and reporting all findings
- Litter picking, bin changing, and cleaning of customer and staff areas
- Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with customer queries
- Completing report sheets or any other log sheets, in full and as instructed
