The Role

Customer Service Advisor - Wigan - 38.5 hours; 3 on 3 off - £24,444.42 per annum.

Shift Pattern:

  • Working 3 days out of 7 - including weekends.
  • 3 x 12-hour shifts, 3 days off, repeating (not fixed days).
  • Working hours between 8AM - 8PM.
  • 1-hour lunch break, 2 x 20-minute breaks.
  • 8-week rota basis.

Location: National Control Room (Days)

What Will You Do?

  • Answer customer enquiries via telephone and email in line with APCOA service standards (training provided).
  • Use knowledge of processes, laws, and policies to advise customers.
  • Undertake clerical tasks aligned with KPIs and SLAs. (This list is not exhaustive and may vary as per contract requirements.)
