We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team. You will act as the link between our business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring that our projects are backed by solid requirements and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering: Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders at all levels to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Process Mapping: Create "As-Is" and "To-Be" process models to identify inefficiencies and design streamlined workflows using tools like Lucidchart or Miro.
- Gap Analysis: Conduct impact assessments to evaluate the difference between current capabilities and future needs.
- Translation: Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications.
- Delivery: Work closely with Engineering and Product to define User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and maintain a healthy product backlog.
- Testing: Assist with UAT planning and coordination.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations across departments (Finance, IT, Operations), providing clear updates and ensuring project alignment.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience (3-5+ years) as a Business Analyst in a commercial environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to produce high-quality documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting (desirable).
- Knowledge of SQL and C# (advantageous).
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- BA certification (e.g., BCS, IIBA) is desirable but not essential.
