This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, organised, and hands-on individual who is passionate about visual storytelling, content creation, event styling, and brand presentation. Working closely with the Head of Creative Development and wider team, you'll support the development and delivery of creative concepts across events, campaigns, and brand experiences. You'll also play a key role in creating client-facing materials including pitch decks, tenders, presentations, and marketing collateral that help showcase AP&Co's creative vision and win new business opportunities.

The Role
- Support the team across a variety of projects, assisting with creative development from initial concepts through to event delivery.
- Creative Development & Business Support
- Assist in the development of creative concepts across events, pitches, and brand experiences.
- Support the creation of pitch decks, client presentations, and tender submissions for new business opportunities.
- Help translate creative ideas into compelling visual proposals and presentation materials.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing collateral, case studies, capability decks, and branded documents.
- Conduct research into trends, venues, suppliers, competitors, and client sectors to support pitches and proposals.
- Work closely with the Head of Creative Development to ensure all presentation materials reflect AP&Co's luxury brand positioning.
- Contribute to moodboards, creative research, and concept development across multiple projects.
- Content Creation & Brand Marketing
- Create engaging social media content across events and projects, including photography and short-form video.
- Capture and edit high-quality content that reflects AP&Co's luxury aesthetic.
- Support the planning and delivery of photoshoots, including styling, sourcing props, and set preparation.
- Assist with content planning, scheduling, and social media activity.
- Help maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing and brand communications.
- Support the ongoing development of AP&Co's marketing materials and digital presence.
- Event Delivery & Styling
- On-site, support the delivery of creative concepts.
- Assist with styling, sourcing, and creative installation across a variety of events.
- Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure creative details are executed to a high standard.
- Support event set-up and breakdown.
- Build relationships with venues, suppliers & clients.
- Be comfortable working in fast-paced, live event environments.
- Help ensure creative concepts are delivered consistently from planning through to execution.
- Creative Coordination & Administration
- Assist with presentations, design files, and branded assets across digital and print.
- Coordinate creative resources, supplier information, and project documentation.
- Maintain and update pitch deck templates, case studies, image libraries, and marketing materials.
- Organise creative assets and project files to ensure consistency across the business.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously while managing deadlines and priorities.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and organisational support to the creative team.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years' experience in a creative, events, marketing, content, design, or business development support role.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with experience creating pitch decks and client-facing documents.
- A strong eye for visual storytelling, design, and detail.
- Experience creating content for social media, including photography and/or video.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar presentation and design software.
- Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- An interest in luxury events, hospitality, fashion, lifestyle, or brand experiences.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to support across multiple projects.
- Full UK driving licence is advantageous but not essential.
