Overview

Job Title: Network Services Co-ordinator – (rota basis)

Location: APC Overnight is a nation-wide parcel company with depots throughout the UK. We pride ourselves on quality and outstanding levels of customer service.

Job Summary

The main objective is to assist with the day-to-day duties required in the Network Service Department.

Reports to

Responsible to: Network Service Manager/Team leader

Performance Standards

You will be expected to complete your duties in a professional manner and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compilation and distribution of spreadsheets
  • Transfer calls to appropriate staff/departments
  • Provide accurate and timely information to our customers
  • Develop working relationships with depots by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
  • Advise member Depots on APC policies and procedures when required
  • Follow up customer enquiries and progress chasing
  • Identify and advise the Network Service team leader of trends in customer calls and data
  • Prepare memos/emails to be sent out to the network
  • Check incoming data files have been received from depots
  • Collate and monitor service reports
  • Respond to customers via social media platforms
  • Other general network service duties as the position requires

This list is not exhaustive, and you may be required to perform additional duties.

Hours

37.5 hours per week – Saturdays also required on a rota basis

Other information

Flexibility will be required to cover holidays and sickness, absence, etc.

As this role develops you may be required to develop your skills further
