We are looking for a Member Growth & Sales Manager to join our Sales team, covering an allocated region with national travel in the South of the UK. The APC is a leading UK parcel delivery network, built on strong local depots and exceptional customer service. This is a highly visible, field-based role focused on driving regional sales growth, supporting Network Member depots, and developing new SME business across the network. In addition to your core region, there will be an expectation that you can travel nationally to provide cover and support where required.
The Role
- Act as a commercial partner to our Network Member depots.
- Work closely with depot sales and operational teams to identify growth opportunities, support new business development, and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same – from proactive new business prospecting to supporting sales recruitment and training within the network.
- Play a key role in driving revenue and sustainable growth.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with Network Member depot teams across your region.

- Highly organised with the ability to manage a regional territory independently.
- Comfortable analysing data and presenting compelling commercial solutions.
