Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Country Business Manager and service managers on forecasting, revenue and ongoing customer business related activities.
- End-to-End order fulfillment from opportunity to quote to customer purchase order up to delivery and cash collection escalations.
- Sales orders backlog follow up, work closely with HQ team to align customer requirements, supply dates and shipping plan.
- Manage customer orders in ERP system to ensure all data is uploaded and facilitate order approval and invoice process with finance.
- Customer payment coordination, tracking to ensure timely collection.
- Work closely with the service engineers, manage service call fulfillment and re-ordering from HQ.
- Manage customer returns of faulty parts to HQ for repair (RMA).
- Responsible for regular documentation preparations for business with legal.
- Work closely with the HQ Global Service Business Operations teams for monthly/quarterly revenue closing, customer forecast and communicate risks.
- Other tasks assigned by business service managers.
Requirements:
- BA / B.Sc in Industrial Engineering and Management / Business Management or equivalent.
- +2 years of experience in manufacturing companies, solid experience in demand planning, customer services, or supply chain management.
- Strong Excel skills – must be proficient in Excel (including formulas, functions, pivot etc.).
- ERP/Oracle systems – a plus.
- ERP Priority - an advantage.
