We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support project and contract administration functions within a construction-related environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify consultants’ inputs in Variation Order (VO) forms for accuracy and completeness.
- Check consultants’ submissions against established checklists and requirements.
- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date inventory of all variation orders received.
- Review and verify payment supporting documents prior to submission for Goods Receipt processing.
- Conduct detailed assessments of consultants’ variation submissions before routing for workflow approval.
- Perform other administrative and project-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Quantity Surveying-related qualification or relevant working experience in construction or contract administration.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work systematically with documentation.
- Familiarity with construction processes, contracts, or project documentation will be an advantage.
