This is a 1-year contract position. My Client is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the closure of the Singapore Turf Club. This role involves multi-stakeholder coordination, procurement support, and operational delivery. This is a hands-on role suited for professionals with strong project management, procurement, and stakeholder engagement experience, particularly within complex or public-sector environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, vendors, and consultants, to coordinate and support key project workstreams.
- Support procurement activities, including drafting requirement specifications, procurement documents, evaluation reports, and managing procurement processes end-to-end.
- Manage vendors and consultants, including coordinating site inspections and visits.
- Support the development, implementation, and documentation of project-related policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Provide project management and administrative support, including records management, filing, tracking vendor payments, billing, budgets, and monitoring project timelines.
- Coordinate meetings with stakeholders, including preparing materials, taking meeting minutes, and following up on action items.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for other ad-hoc workstreams as required.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in project management, procurement, operations, or related roles.
- Prior experience working with multiple stakeholders across government organisations is highly advantageous.
- Strong experience in procurement and vendor/consultant management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams concurrently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment with tight timelines.
