Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and logistical support for programmes, including registrations, handling enquiries, room set-up, catering arrangements, procurement, billing matters, and programme evaluations.
- Assist in coordinating with internal teams and external partners to support smooth programme delivery.
- Provide system and administrative support for programme operations.
- Support ad-hoc duties such as coordinating speakers, data compilation, scheduling meetings, and taking meeting notes.
Job Requirements

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with virtual tools such as Zoom and MS Teams.
