About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Partnership Manager (Arts & Culture) to support initiatives that connect communities with arts and heritage experiences. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that individuals and community groups can discover, access and participate in cultural programmes easily and meaningfully. You will work closely with arts organisations, community partners and service providers to strengthen outreach efforts, improve accessibility, and enhance participation.
Partnership Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community organisations, social service agencies and programme partners
- Collaborate with arts and heritage organisations to design and promote accessible programme offerings
- Support the development of partnership materials and coordination processes
- Contribute to partnership initiatives that drive participation in cultural programmes
Group Visits & Programme Coordination
- Coordinate group visits to arts and heritage programmes
- Manage logistics such as transport, ticketing, scheduling and on‑site arrangements
- Track group visit requests, attendance and participation data
- Ensure smooth execution of visits and engagement activities
Digital Access Support
- Support individuals who face challenges accessing digital booking platforms
- Provide alternative access solutions such as assisted registration or offline support
- Work with partners to improve accessibility and user experience
Outreach & Awareness Building
- Work with partners to promote programmes through their communication channels
- Support outreach initiatives such as briefings, roadshows and engagement sessions
- Help disseminate key messages and promotional materials across partner networks
- Monitor outreach effectiveness and recommend improvements
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline (communications, arts management, social sciences or related fields preferred)
- At least 3–5 years of experience in community engagement, partnerships, outreach or programme coordination
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and logistics simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with community organisations or public engagement programmes
- Familiarity with event planning or group coordination
- Exposure to arts, heritage, education or social service sectors
- Experience supporting outreach campaigns or engagement initiatives
