My client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support ground operations, site inspections, and performance monitoring of appointed service providers. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring municipal services are delivered according to established service standards and operational requirements. This role involves both fieldwork and administrative responsibilities, including conducting site audits, investigating feedback cases, monitoring service performance, and supporting operational assessments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct ground audits and site inspections to assess the condition of municipal infrastructure and public amenities.
  • Verify and document audit findings accurately using digital tools and reporting systems.
  • Participate in joint site inspections with stakeholders and service providers to assess asset conditions and maintenance requirements.
  • Identify operational issues and recommend follow-up actions where necessary.

Performance Monitoring & Quality Assurance

  • Monitor and review the performance of appointed service providers against established service standards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Validate findings from various feedback and monitoring channels to minimise false positives and improve reporting accuracy.
  • Support operational reviews and recommend process improvements to enhance service delivery.

Feedback Management & Investigations

  • Conduct site surveys and information gathering for escalated public feedback, service requests, and operational hotspots.
  • Gather evidence, photographs, and observations for internal assessment and follow-up actions.
  • Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate records of findings and outcomes.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain proper documentation and records of inspections, audits, and operational activities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for management review.
  • Support ad-hoc operational projects and duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, Environmental Studies, Public Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Prior experience in operations, facilities management, inspections, auditing, municipal services, estate management, or field operations will be advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to assess situations objectively.
  • Comfortable conducting fieldwork and outdoor site inspections for extended periods when required.
  • Proficient in using tablets and digital applications for data collection and reporting.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage various stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Contract Details

  • 1-Year Contract
  • Immediate availability preferred
  • Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience
  • Working Hours: 9am - 3pm (4 weekdays), 2pm - 8pm (1 weekday)

  • Familiarity with report writing, data collection, and stakeholder coordination.
