About the Role

My client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support operations, coordination, and automation initiatives. The role focuses on improving internal workflows, supporting standards-related work with international partners, and enabling efficient execution of meetings and administrative processes. This role is suitable for individuals interested in process automation, digital tools, and structured operations work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Support
    • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the team
    • Assist in coordinating internal workflows and documentation
    • Ensure smooth execution of team processes and deliverables
  • Automation & Process Improvement
    • Design, test, and implement simple automation tools for recurring processes
    • Develop solutions such as automated email generation using templates or application samples
    • Support efforts to improve workflow efficiency through digital tools and automation
  • Standards & Reference Support
    • Support the review and checking of standards references from foreign partners
    • Assist in maintaining accuracy and consistency of documentation
    • Coordinate inputs from internal and external stakeholders as required
  • Meeting & Logistics Coordination
    • Organise logistics for local meetings in Singapore
    • Schedule meetings and coordinate suitable dates with stakeholders
    • Send invitations, prepare agendas, and draft meeting minutes

Requirements

  • Degree holder in any discipline (Computing, Engineering, Business, or related fields preferred)
  • Strong interest in automation, systems, and process improvement
  • Good organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and templates
  • Dynamic, proactive, and a strong team player
