We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition / HR professional to lead end-to-end recruitment across technical, engineering, commercial, and corporate functions, while supporting HR operations and workforce planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and engage candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and external recruitment partners.
  • Conduct candidate screening and assessment for technical, operational, commercial, and management-level positions.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines across engineering, project management, maintenance, sales, finance, administration, and leadership functions.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and search partners to ensure quality hiring outcomes.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns to strengthen market visibility and attract talent.
  • Partner with management on current and future workforce planning needs in line with business growth plans.
  • Coordinate onboarding and employee integration activities for new hires.
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
  • Support employee lifecycle processes, including contract administration, probation reviews, confirmations, and employee movements.
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and company events.
  • Coordinate training, development, and performance management activities where required.
  • Assist with work pass administration and employment compliance matters.
  • Ensure HR processes are aligned with Singapore employment legislation and internal company policies.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, HR databases, and manpower reports.
  • Prepare recruitment metrics, hiring statistics, and HR reports for management review.
  • Monitor recruitment effectiveness and recommend process improvements where appropriate.
  • Support organisational development initiatives, succession planning, and capability-building activities.
  • Assist with HR budgeting and manpower planning exercises as required.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Human Resources, or a related function.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple job functions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and talent identification capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple recruitment assignments concurrently.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Existing eligibility to work in Singapore.

Preferred / Advantageous Experience

  • Experience recruiting for engineering, maintenance, project management, technical services, infrastructure, transportation, manufacturing, or industrial-related roles.
  • Exposure to HR operations, employee engagement, workforce planning, or organisational development initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations, MOM requirements, and work pass administration.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, working with recruitment agencies, and leveraging multiple sourcing channels.
  • Prior experience within engineering, industrial, construction, infrastructure, transportation, or technical service environments.
