About the Role
My client is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support data integrity and system effectiveness within Workday. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of employee records across multiple data fields.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive data cleaning and reconciliation activities within Workday.
- Review and validate employee records across various data fields, including:
- Educational qualifications

- Direct engagement with staff.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resource, Information Technology, or related fields.
