About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Community Management Executive to support community outreach initiatives that strengthen emergency preparedness across Singapore. In this role, you will assist in managing the operations and enhancements of the myResponder app while working closely with community partners and stakeholders to grow the Community First Responder network. You will also help organise outreach programmes and initiatives aimed at equipping members of the public with lifesaving skills such as CPR and AED usage. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy community engagement, project coordination, and working on initiatives that create meaningful impact in public safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support community outreach initiatives promoting emergency preparedness.
- Assist in growing the Community First Responder network and encouraging greater public participation.
- Support the management of the national AED registry and Save-A-Life initiatives.
- Coordinate community engagement events and programmes.
- Provide secretariat and administrative support for relevant community resilience workgroups.
- Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of the myResponder app, including liaising with vendors where required.
- Assist with app enhancements, including gathering user requirements, testing new features, and updating in-app content.
- Prepare reports, submissions, and updates related to community outreach initiatives.
- Handle public enquiries and feedback related to community programmes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Comfortable working with data and digital platforms.
- Strong coordination, organisational, and administrative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
- Experience in project coordination, community engagement, or systems support will be an advantage.
