About the Role
Our client within the Government / Social Service sector is looking for a committed and organised Case Admin Officer to provide administrative and operational support in a community-focused environment. The successful candidate will work closely with officers to support case administration, client coordination, records management, and day-to-day operational processes to ensure efficient service delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support for case management activities
- Process applications, verify supporting documents, and update records accurately within internal systems
- Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and referrals with clients and stakeholders
- Handle enquiries via phone calls, emails, and walk-ins in a professional and service-oriented manner
- Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, correspondence, and case records

Requirements
