Key Responsibilities
- You will support programme operations and administrative processes related to curriculum checks for preschools.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for Curriculum Check activities.
- Liaise with preschools and stakeholders to facilitate the rectification process following Curriculum Checks.
- Assist in reviewing and tracking improvement plans submitted by preschools through the use of AI-based tools (AIBot).
- Maintain proper documentation, records, and reporting related to programme activities.
- Provide general administrative and operational support for the team.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline.
- IT-savvy and comfortable using digital systems and tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel).
- Meticulous, organised, and able to manage tasks independently.
- Positive attitude with strong willingness to learn.
- Punctual and responsible in completing assigned tasks.
Additional Information
- Contract Duration: 6 months (extendable for another 6 months based on manpower needs and performance).
