- Windows Platform Administration
- Administer Windows Server environments (2008/2012/2016/2019/2022) for production systems
- Manage patch deployment and updates using WSUS for Windows and third-party applications
- Administer NetBackup operations including health checks, restores, and agent management
- Manage enterprise antivirus deployment and updates
- Handle Active Directory administration including users, groups, and OU management
- Configure and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and DNS services
- Administer Linux servers across RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, and SUSE distributions
- Manage system patches and updates using yum, apt, and package managers
- Configure system services, daemons, and automated scheduling
- Develop shell scripts for automation and maintenance tasks
- Manage Apache/Nginx web servers and application deployments
- Configure file systems, LVM, and storage solutions
- Troubleshoot network services including SSH, NFS, and Samba
- Deploy and manage Windows/Linux EC2 instances with proper configuration
- Configure AWS Systems Manager for automated patch management
- Implement AWS Backup services for EC2 instances and EBS volumes
- Monitor resources using CloudWatch and configure automated alerts
- Manage Security Groups, NACLs, and VPC networking components
- Configure IAM roles and policies for secure service access
- Manage EBS storage, snapshots, and cost optimisation
- Deploy Load Balancers and Auto Scaling Groups for high availability
- Create CloudFormation templates for standardised deployments
- Monitor AWS costs and implement resource tagging strategies
