About the Role My client is seeking an experienced and proactive Marketing Communications Manager to support strategic communications, content development, and audience engagement initiatives on a 6-month contract .
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high-quality communications and ensure consistent brand messaging across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities Analyse audience insights and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Develop and refine user guides, manuals, and knowledge content, including materials for AI-enabled query systems.
Coordinate content production projects, working closely with agencies to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
Apply brand persona, messaging frameworks, and communication guidelines consistently across digital platforms and customer touchpoints.
Develop, review, edit, and proofread communication materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support marketing and communications initiatives.
Manage multiple workstreams while ensuring projects are delivered on schedule.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Business, or a related discipline.
Experience in marketing, digital communications, corporate communications, or content management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesise audience insights into meaningful recommendations.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Familiarity with brand management and applying messaging frameworks across multiple communication channels.
Experience working with agencies and managing stakeholder relationships.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
